Job Overview:
At Truck with Jed Logistics, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Logistics Route Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for driving reefer and dry van trailers, delivering groceries across the Mid-Atlantic region, including Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, New Jersey, and West Virginia.

Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $62,400 - $77,160 based on the average 1700 miles driven per week and competitive compensation package.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Logistics Route Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating Tractor Trailers: With at least 3 months of experience within the past 3 years or 6 months within the past 3 years with no more than 3 carriers.
  • Maintaining a Clean Driving Record: No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years or 2 moving violations in the past year.
  • Adhering to Employment History Guidelines: No more than 4 jobs in the last year, 6 jobs in the past 2 years, or 8 jobs in the past 3 years.
  • Prioritizing Background Checks: No misdemeanors in the past 3 years and DUI's must be outside of 3 years.
  • Completing Onsite Training: 1 day onsite training at $125 per day, plus $50 for 3-4 day ride along.
  • Negotiating Compensation: $0.56cpm-$0.63cpm depending on experience, $20 stop pay, and $1250 with inverters in Freightliner Cascadias.
  • Benefits and Perks: Full benefits after 30 days, weekly direct deposit pay, and no riders or auto restrictions.

Requirements: Must live within a 60 mile radius of Gordonsville, OH and have own transportation to and from work. Must pass a urine and hair follicle drug screen.
