Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' functional abilities and limitations, and develop individualized treatment plans to address their needs.
  • Implement evidence-based treatment techniques and modalities to promote patient recovery and independence.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
  • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements and departmental policies.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address patients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Additional related education and/or experience.
