Job DescriptionThis part-time adjunct faculty position involves teaching courses in computer science, including CSIS 1010 (Introduction to IT hardware and software in and on computing and communication devices). The successful candidate will have a strong background in computer science and excellent teaching skills.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a related field and a clear understanding of North Park University's mission of Christian higher education. Excellent oral and written communication skills are also essential.
Key Responsibilities- Teaching and Course Administration: You will teach courses in computer science and administer them according to the NP syllabus template and approved textbooks and supplemental course materials.
- Student Support: You will provide support to students outside of class by email and by appointment as needed.
- Assessment and Grading: You will grade and return assessments to students promptly.
