We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at CenterWell Home Health. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls, responding to inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Greets visitors, determines the nature of their visit, and provides assistance as needed.
- Operates a switchboard or multi-line phone, maintaining accurate call logs and distributing messages.
- Performs basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assists with scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Provides general administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and completing tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Less than 2 years of technical experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, visitors, and staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
