The Opportunity

We're seeking a Part-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist to join our virtual behavioral health collaborative care program. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and contribute to the development of coordinated care plans.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting psychiatric evaluations, delivering ongoing treatment, and participating in the development of coordinated care plans with behavioral health care managers and psychiatric consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations of patients referred by their primary care provider
  • Deliver ongoing treatment for a wide range of psychiatric concerns and psychosocial issues
  • Participate in the development of coordinated care plans with behavioral health care managers and psychiatric consultants
  • Conduct suicide risk assessment and safety planning visits with patients
  • Improve population health outcomes by providing consultation on behavioral health issues to primary care team members
Requirements
  • Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
  • Licensed to independently practice with no current supervision requirements
  • Must have an active license in California
  • For LCSW/LMFT Candidates: 1 year post licensure with specific experience in adult outpatient diagnostic evaluation and psychotherapy
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $47,000 to $53,000 per year, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. Our team is dedicated to creating a positive and supportive work environment that allows our employees to thrive.
