About the Role

The Learning Experience #393 seeks a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our educational team, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.

Job Description

We are looking for a preschool teacher committed to helping children learn, play, grow, and thrive, and providing the tools they need to succeed academically and emotionally. Our immersive classroom setting utilizes the latest technology, materials, and resources to allow children to 'learn, play, and grow.'

You will implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our fun and engaging characters, making TLE a place where learning is fun. You will build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.

As a Lead Teacher, you will communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.

Requirements
  • Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
  • One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
  • Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
