About the RoleAs an Emergency Veterinarian, you'll be part of a dynamic team that provides top-notch care to animals in need. Your expertise will be invaluable in creating a safe and nurturing environment for our patients, and your passion for delivering exceptional care will shine through in every interaction.
What We Offer- Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a base salary between $140,000 - $160,000, with opportunities for production compensation and a progressive compensation model that includes quarterly no-negative accrual.
- Flexible Scheduling: Work a schedule that suits your needs, with a working schedule of Mon-Thur from 8am - 6pm and a 1-hour lunch break each day.
- Comprehensive Benefits: Receive a great benefits package, including health insurance, life and disability insurance, 401K with company contribution, PTO, and more.
- Professional Growth: Take advantage of customizable learning opportunities, including CE libraries, mentorship, and industry-leading educational programs.
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required.
- State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, before their start date.
- Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.
