Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide high-quality speech therapy services to patients aged 0-21 years in the comfort of their own homes or daytime facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' speech, language, voice, oral-motor, swallowing, feeding, auditory processing, and fluency impairments.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to address patients' needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
  • Provide education and training to staff, caregivers, and patients on speech therapy modalities and interventions.
  • Supervise Clinical Fellows of Speech Pathology and/or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants as needed.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
  • License to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Texas.
  • Experience in pediatrics required; home health experience preferred.
  • Feeding experience and bilingualism in Spanish are a plus.
  • Valid auto insurance and driver's license required.
