Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and experienced CAREGIVERS to join our team. As a CAREGIVER, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, assisting them with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication management.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes, adhering to our policies and state regulations.
  • Establish a positive and supportive environment, engaging with clients throughout the visit process.
  • Report any changes in client condition to our office and maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, as well as providing support with transfers and mobility.
  • Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), including light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and transportation.
  • Uphold client confidentiality and deliver exemplary care that aligns with our high standards.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in home and community care, patient care, and senior care.
  • Proficiency in HIPAA regulations and caregiving practices.
  • Experience in providing home care services, with a focus on assisted living and Alzheimer's care.
  • Physical ability to work with individuals, including bending, moving, and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and hospice care.
  • Relevant skills in cleaning, cooking, and medical documentation.
