About the Role
The Strategic Project Director will be accountable for developing comprehensive project plans, managing project scope, timeline, budget, and resources. You will also apply agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver project goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes creativity, efficiency, and accountability.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
- Identify, track, and communicate critical milestones, risks, action items, decisions, and dependencies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Leadership Planning, Business Administration, or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification required.
- Minimum six years of progressive work experience in project management.
