Key Responsibilities- Execute a range of cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing to ensure all spaces are maintained according to company guidelines.
- Adhere to a regular schedule for trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, and restroom maintenance to uphold optimal cleanliness.
- Ensure all cleaning tools and supplies are kept in a safe, clean, and functional state.
- Monitor the inventory of cleaning materials and submit requests for replenishment as needed.
- Address basic maintenance and minor repair tasks.
- Comply with all health and safety protocols on-site.
- Respond to specific cleaning requests as necessary.
- Maintain a professional demeanor with colleagues and clients, ensuring privacy and confidentiality are respected.
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and take pride in achieving the highest cleaning standards.
- Experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role is preferred, but not required as training will be provided.
- Familiarity with basic and advanced cleaning equipment.
- Understanding of cleaning agents and supplies, including knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets.
- Integrity and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend.
- Capability to lift, push, and pull loads typically weighing around 30lbs.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Expertise in maintaining cleanliness in floors, windows, and restrooms.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays.
Shifts:
- 6:30 am - completed
- 6:45 am - completed
- 7:00 am - completed
- 8:30 am - completed
The latest shift concludes by 6 pm.
Driver's license and auto insurance are required.
No personal vehicle use is permitted.
