Annual Salary: $50,500 - $55,500

Role Overview:
Braum's leaders are responsible for executing the brand's strategy and promoting its vision, mission, and values, which leads to an exceptional customer experience and maximized sales.

By recognizing the significance of our personnel, we can enhance the team's contribution towards achieving unit objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training, guidance, and leadership to store crew members.
  • Enhance store sales through exceptional customer service and food quality.
  • Oversee daily operations of Braum's food service, grocery market, and fountain sales.
  • Participate in monitoring inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure compliance with Braum's store policies and practices.

Work Schedule:
Workdays will vary based on a rotating three-week schedule, with an expected workweek of 45 hours.

Reporting Structure:
This position reports to the Store Manager.

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
