Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. As a Lube Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers by providing top-notch service and maintenance for their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest industry techniques and technologies
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
