Compensation and Benefits Expertise
The Compensation Program Manager at Asplundh is responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on compensation and benefits-related matters. Requirements
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Finance or related field; Master's degree and/or CCP preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation management or related HR field.
- Experience with compensation analysis and salary survey methodologies.
Leadership and Collaboration
The Compensation Program Manager will lead and mentor a team of compensation specialists and collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
