Care Model:
Our innovative approach places the primary care physician at the heart of patient care. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including specialists, nutritionists, and behavioral health professionals, ensures a holistic approach to healthcare. Our support staff, including nurses and medical assistants, is committed to enabling you to practice at your highest potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a full spectrum of primary care services, addressing both acute and chronic health issues.
- Conduct thorough examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and preventive care.
- Utilize our electronic medical records (EMR) system for accurate documentation.
- Prescribe medications and therapies as necessary, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services to enhance patient management.
- Maintain high standards of care and supervise Physician Assistants/Nurse Practitioners as required.
Qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O. degree with completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine.
- Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine.
- Possession of an active medical license in Colorado or eligibility to obtain one.
- Active DEA registration or ability to acquire prior to employment.
