Job Opportunity for Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Summary:

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide exceptional behavioral support services to students in grades K-12. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans to support student success.
  • Provide expert training and guidance to school staff on implementing behavior plans, ensuring seamless integration and effective support.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student progress and success, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility.
  • Monitor and analyze data to measure progress and adjust interventions as needed, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization of support services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records and documentation, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is mandatory.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in a school setting, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to commute to the assigned location.
