We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Scientist to join our team at Wayne General Hospital. This is a full-time position available.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing laboratory specimens and reporting results in all areas of the clinical laboratory. Key responsibilities include maintaining laboratory records, following laboratory policies and procedures, and maintaining quality control practices.
Requirements:
- ASCP Certification is preferred.
- The ideal candidate must be able to walk, stand, or sit for twelve hours, lift moderate weights, and have good visual acuity, auditory, and linguistic ability.
- Demonstrated ability to perform as a team member, function well under stress, and cooperate with others is essential.
