Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $27,360 and $32,640, based on an hourly rate of $13.00 to $16.00 per hour.

Job Description
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children as a Support Teacher. Your primary responsibility will be to create a nurturing and engaging environment that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical development in our students. You will work closely with your co-teacher to implement lesson plans and activities that are designed to foster curiosity, creativity, and compassion in children. As a member of our team, you will also contribute to maintaining a well-organized and stimulating classroom environment that encourages children to explore, create, and learn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a collaborative and supportive community
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment that promotes learning and exploration
  • Work collaboratively with your co-teacher to implement the Balanced Learning curriculum and achieve educational goals
