Role Overview:

The main duty of a Dietary Manager is to prepare meals in accordance with established standards, regulations, and procedures to guarantee high-quality food service consistently.

Requirements:

• At least an 8th-grade education
• Preferred one year of supervisory experience in food service
• Capability to prepare a variety of dishes in large quantities
• Proficient in the English language
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Maintain a hygienic and safe food service environment
• Exhibit patience, tact, and enthusiasm towards residents
• Willingness to embrace new techniques and principles in food preparation
