**Job Summary**

As a Shuttle Driver at FedEx, you will be responsible for driving or operating company vehicles to provide courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages. You will also be responsible for checking shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service and providing related customer service functions.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Drive or operate company vehicles to ensure timely and safe delivery of packages
* Provide excellent customer service to customers and respond to their inquiries
* Check shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service and resolve any issues that may arise
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth delivery operations

**Requirements**

* Valid driver's license and good driving record
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
