Key Responsibilities

As a Medical/Surgical Nurse, you will collaborate with some of the most skilled professionals in the healthcare field while providing both direct and indirect patient care. You will attend to a diverse patient demographic, including those with critical health issues and individuals recovering from surgical interventions.

You will be integrated into a close-knit team that fosters a collaborative and supportive atmosphere, ideal for enhancing your skills and professional growth.

Your role will involve participating in daily care coordination meetings, executing the care plan, administering medications, performing wound care, and educating patients and their families on pain management, infection prevention, and achieving the best health outcomes.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Valid and current state RN License.
2. Current BLS certification upon hire and maintenance thereafter.
3. Current ACLS certification within 30 days of hire and maintenance thereafter is preferred.
4. Previous experience in an Acute Care hospital setting is preferred.
5. Experience with Ventilator Management is preferred.
6. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
