We are seeking a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) to join our team. As a CCHT, you will be utilizing your technical and critical thinking skills daily to perform and monitor dialysis treatments under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
This role exists in a hospital or in the medical unit of a post-acute or correctional facility. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe, smooth, and efficient operation of the unit, including performing tasks such as water checks, opening and closing of the unit, mixing bicarbonate and acid, and maintaining a neat and clean environment.
You will work closely with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff members. Requirements- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Nationally recognized Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician certification (CCHT) or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
- One year of clinical dialysis experience required (experience must be within the last two years)
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and satisfactorily communicate in English
- Strong technical/computer proficiency with laptops, tablets, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, etc.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for providing excellent patient care and customer service
