KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute tasks outlined in the repair order efficiently while adhering to dealership protocols
- Utilize diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment to test components and systems; conduct vehicle test drives
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor regarding any additional services required; complete an online multi-point inspection report
- Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician (dealer experience preferred)
- Proficient knowledge in automotive repair and maintenance
- Quick learner with a proactive approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic tools
- Valid driver's license
