POSITION SUMMARY

As a vital member of the Heartsnhands team, the Janitor plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for all. This position involves a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure the facility is well-kept and welcoming.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Perform routine cleaning of floors through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
  2. Ensure windows and mirrors are cleaned to maintain visibility and hygiene.
  3. Regularly clean and restock restroom facilities.
  4. Manage waste disposal and ensure trash is emptied consistently.
  5. Keep a detailed cleaning log to track areas that have been serviced and inspected.
  6. Replenish cleaning supplies and maintenance materials as needed.
  7. Organize and maintain janitorial storage areas for efficiency.
  8. Report any unsafe conditions or maintenance needs to supervisors promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS
