Job Summary

We are seeking a Residential Program Supervisor to join our team at Homebase Supported Apartment Program. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to ensure the highest level of care and support for individuals with disabilities.

About the Role

The Residential Program Supervisor will play a vital role in ensuring the successful operation of our Homebase Supported Apartment Program. This includes:

  • Scheduling and Managing DSP Staff
  • Providing Training and Coaching to DSPs
  • Collaborating with Care Teams and Facilitating Team Meetings
  • Promoting Independent Living Skills and Hobbies
  • Assisting with Meal Planning and Grocery Shopping
  • Scheduling Medical Appointments and Providing Medication Administration
  • Developing and Maintaining Safety Skills and Apartment Maintenance Knowledge

Your Qualifications

  • A Desire to Make a Difference in the Lives of People with Disabilities
  • Work Experience in Human Services, Education, or Healthcare
  • Reliable Transportation and a Valid Driver's License
  • Meet the Qualification as a Designated Coordinator
