Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for financial reporting, planning, and analysis of our business segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business leaders to prepare annual plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans across all business segments.
  • Perform variance analysis of results against plan, forecast, and prior period, and present financial analysis to executive leadership.
  • Build and maintain complex forecasting models and methodologies by reviewing historical trends and analyzing actual results against forecast drivers.
  • Assist with the consolidation of financial results for our annual and quarterly external SEC reporting.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain internal reporting databases/platforms/tools.
  • Execute ad-hoc analytic requests, database queries, and report generation as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a quantitative field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a corporate finance or planning/forecasting role, investment banking, or consulting.
  • Strong strategic, technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical skills (finance & accounting fluency) and experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and the ability to learn new database tools (Cognos, PowerBI, etc.).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Able to establish and maintain effective, collaborative work relationships with diverse individuals, internally and externally.
  • Dedicated learner with a natural curiosity for consistent growth.
  • Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
  • Cooperative team player with an upbeat, positive, can-do attitude.
