ASRC Federal Holding Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Firefighter to join our team in support of our Vance AFB Base Operations Support Contract located in Enid, Oklahoma.

• Respond to and direct crew members in structural and aircraft firefighting, first aid, and all other fire department-related activities.
• Ensure the safe arrival of the crew and vehicle, and direct fire suppression and rescue efforts.
• Assume command until relieved by a more senior fire authority, and direct inspection and maintenance of fire vehicles and equipment.
• Conduct crew training to ensure crew proficiency and certification.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• 14 months of certified FES Driver/Operator experience.
• 3 years of Fire Service experience.
• Firefighter I and II certification accredited by the International Fire Service Accreditation Congress (IFSAC) and/or National Board on Fire Service Professional Qualifications (Pro Board).
• Fire Instructor I certification accredited by the International Fire Service Accreditation Congress (IFSAC) and/or National Board on Fire Service Professional Qualifications (Pro Board).
• Fire Inspector I certification accredited by the International Fire Service Accreditation Congress (IFSAC) and/or National Board on Fire Service Professional Qualifications (Pro Board).
• Hazardous Materials Operations with Mission Specific Competency (MSC), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and Product Control (PC) certification accredited by the International Fire Service Accreditation Congress (IFSAC) and/or National Board on Fire Service Professional Qualifications (Pro Board).
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident, due to contract requirements.

• Incident Safety Officer certification accredited by the International Fire Service Accreditation Congress (IFSAC) and/or National Board on Fire Service Professional Qualifications (Pro Board) within 6 months of hire.
• Airport firefighter certification accredited by the International Fire Service Accreditation Congress (IFSAC) and/or National Board on Fire Service Professional Qualifications (Pro Board) within 12 months of hire.
• National Registry and Oklahoma state Emergency Medical Responder or National Registry and Oklahoma State Emergency Medical Technician certification.
