Hotel Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Engineer I to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a Hotel Engineer I, you will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to and resolve guest repair requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment and facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct daily inspections of hotel facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and prevent accidents.
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to resolve maintenance issues and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including logs and reports.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of related work experience in maintenance and repair.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials.
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
