About the RoleAs a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based mental health and substance use treatment to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff.
- Provide direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing supervisors, and coworkers to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for patients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Associate degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
