Role Summary:
Booz Allen Hamilton is on the lookout for a Space Superiority Analyst to enhance our team in Colorado Springs. You will be part of a dynamic group dedicated to all aspects of Space Orbital Warfare.

Key Responsibilities:
Your role will encompass delivering a comprehensive range of technical and analytical assistance to the Space Operations Command (SpOC) Orbital Warfare Division. This involves:

  • Providing expert guidance to the program office.
  • Coordinating documentation and managing Integrated Concept Teams (ICTs).
  • Overseeing Operations Integration and Mission Delivery (OIMD) activities that support the development, deployment, and maintenance of Counter-space (CS) and Space Domain Awareness (SDA) capabilities.
  • Facilitating the enhancement of space capabilities and supporting new system basing, Operational Acceptance (OA), Initial Operational Capability (IOC), and post-IOC modifications.

System Integration:
You will develop system-of-systems concepts that identify connections among all Defensive Space Control (DSC) and Offensive Space Control (OSC) systems, satellite operations centers, and operational command and control nodes, such as the Combined Space Operations Center (CSpOC) and National Space Defense Center (NSDC).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Air or Space Force as an Orbital Warfare Analyst.
  • Experience at an Air or Space Force Field Headquarters or higher.
  • Proficiency in creating both verbal and written materials for clients, including presentations and reports.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Possession of TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience advising senior defense officials.
  • Knowledge of the DoD acquisition process.
  • Aptitude for collaborating with internal and external senior leaders and action officers.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline.

Clearance Requirements:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
