Retinal Surgeon Opportunity
Baylor Scott & White Health is recruiting a BC/BE Retinal Surgeon to join an established Ophthalmology practice in the Greater Austin Area. The ideal candidate will provide retinal surgery to patients in the community and have the opportunity to provide outreach to a Georgetown/Sun City clinic one day per week. The work setting is primarily outpatient with some inpatient consults. The team includes 2 Ophthalmologists and 2 optometrists, and the expected routine work schedule is Monday-Friday. Call is 1 week per month, and the position is open to new fellows. The employed position comes with a comprehensive benefit package, including immediate eligibility for health and welfare benefits and time off, a 401(k) savings plan with dollar-for-dollar employer match, and CME reimbursement and paid days off for CME each year. The position also offers excellent relocation assistance and a competitive salary and benefits package.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate Degree in Medicine, be licensed to practice medicine in the state of Texas, and be board certified in their specialty or demonstrate active pursuit of board certification.
