Job Summary:

The Private Duty Nurse LPN will be responsible for providing tracheostomy and ventilator care to our clients in their homes. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where no two days are ever the same.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide tracheostomy and ventilator care to clients in their homes
  • Assess and evaluate patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the physician or supervisor
  • Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • Current Pennsylvania State Nursing License in good standing
  • Current BLS CPR Certification
  • Ability to pass State & Federal Background Checks/Clearances
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
