Job Summary

We are seeking a Restorative Nurse to lead our restorative nursing program. The successful candidate will perform restorative nursing procedures that maximize residents' existing abilities, emphasize independence, and minimize the negative effects of disability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation care and experience in supervising restorative nursing programs.

Responsibilities
  • Perform restorative nursing procedures that maximize residents' existing abilities, emphasize independence, and minimize the negative effects of disability.
  • Assist with potential admissions as needed.
  • Work Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts with occasional weekend rotations.
Requirements
  • Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse with required state licensure.
  • One to three years of related experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Current/active CPR certification.
  • Ability to recognize residents' needs, such as ROM exercises and ambulation limitations.
