Position Overview: The Facility Maintenance Associate is essential in ensuring our environment remains clean and welcoming for all members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of restrooms, locker areas, fitness machines, and gym surfaces.
  • Ensure locker rooms are well-stocked with necessary amenities.
  • Promptly report any damaged or missing equipment to the management team.
  • Follow Lost and Found protocols and return lost items to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a custodial role is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
  • Availability for third shift work is required.
  • Strong commitment to work ethics and integrity.
  • Ability to solve problems independently.
  • A High School diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
