Allied Universal Services is looking for an
Armed Security Site Supervisor.
The
Armed Site Supervisor
will oversee and coordinate the provision of quality services to a designated client. The
Armed
Site Supervisor
will serve as a liaison among clients, Operations Managers, and security staff. They will manage site personnel and provide guidance, recognition, and discipline within the approved empowerment range.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and the public
Licensing requirements may vary based on state and/or local laws and regulations and may be necessary prior to employment.
As a condition of employment, candidates must successfully complete a background check and drug screening in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Exhibit exceptional customer service and communication abilities
Have intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client-specific locations
Ability to manage crisis situations at the client site calmly and effectively
Proficiently use scheduling and billing software to generate reports (such as Scheduling Activity, Training Detail reports, etc.) that require interpretation and action for effective business management
Communicate staffing needs to the Operations Manager, which may include utilizing the Requisition process and assisting in identifying and interviewing quality candidates
Ensure that officers receive appropriate training, developing both technical and professional skills; this includes performance management (coaching, counseling, disciplining, performance evaluations, recognition, etc.)
Ensure that employee grievances are addressed with assistance from the appropriate branch or regional HR support staff.
Able to:
Work in various environmental conditions such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat
Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shifts
Stand or walk on various surfaces for extended periods
