Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at Intermountain Healthcare. As a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education to individuals with pelvic floor disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with pelvic floor disorders using physical therapy procedures and modalities.
  • Consult, educate, and train patients and their caregivers on pelvic floor health and rehabilitation techniques.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current state Physical Therapist license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Preferred qualifications: one year or more experience in Pelvic Health, clinical background experience in a healthcare setting, and skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
Work Environment

This position is located at Intermountain Health McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
