We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Gouverneur Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and contributing to a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Collect and document patient data to inform comprehensive care plans
- Perform tasks related to patient care, including health teaching and counseling
- Respond to patient needs and conditions to achieve positive outcomes
- Supervise unlicensed team members and provide guidance on patient care
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current, unrestricted New York State licensed practical nurse license
- One year of post-licensure practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse preferred
Gouverneur Hospital is a 25-bed facility that offers a range of services, including inpatient detox, substance use disorder rehabilitation, emergency care, imaging, and respiratory therapy. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that values patient-centered care and teamwork.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive hourly rate of $39.66, with a minimum salary of $28.28 and a maximum salary of $39.66.
