About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Aide to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the care and support they need to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, feeding, and light household cleaning
  • Provide personal care services, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and ambulation assistance
  • Support clients with transfers and range of motion exercises
  • Assist with medication management and other daily care needs
Requirements
  • One year of work experience in a related field (paid training provided)
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training or one year of caregiving experience (we will train you)
  • Be at least 18 years of age
