As a Training Specialist, your primary role will be to instruct new employees on our organizational policies, operational procedures, and essential skills required for their respective roles.

This position is full-time and requires in-person attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive and encouraging training atmosphere.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions on a daily basis.
  • Document and evaluate trainee performance.
  • Provide daily updates and reports to the team leader.
  • Maintain and update training progress trackers consistently.
  • Uphold the Training Room Rules and Expectations.
  • Implement corrective measures for candidates when necessary.
  • Organize and manage candidate documentation for the Training Manager.
  • Participate in weekly training drills.
  • Ensure daily tasks are monitored and verified.
  • Oversee and validate practical exercises and roleplays.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of all company products.
  • Arrive early for all scheduled meetings.
  • Monitor communications and respond promptly.
  • Complete assigned tasks by their deadlines.
  • Engage in continuous learning through available training opportunities to enhance communication and management skills.

Qualifications:

  • Open-mindedness and eagerness to learn new concepts.
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations.

Compensation: $17-$18 per hour plus commission and bonuses.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
