Position Overview:
Williamsbridge Center is currently in search of a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our esteemed Skilled Nursing Facility.

We are pleased to offer a competitive compensation package, including a sign-on bonus.


Key Responsibilities:
- Gather essential information from incoming Residents for admission.
- Accurately document health metrics of Residents, including vital signs and temperature.
- Administer prescribed medications and injections as required.
- Provide treatment and care for wounds and bedsores.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when necessary.
- Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene needs.
- Monitor and record Residents' dietary intake and output.

Qualifications:
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a healthcare team.
- Valid LPN State license in good standing with the State Registry.
