Job Title: Lead Full Stack Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer to join our team at Trane Technologies. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development, enhancement, and optimization of our web-based application. This includes leading a cross-functional team to deliver a high-quality software solution and serving as a subject matter expert for development activities within the AI Foundry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the development, enhancement, and optimization of the entire application stack, including user interface development, server-side logic, and API integration.
* Responsible for server-side logic, API integration, database interactions, and frontend development.
* Responsible for delivery of all phases of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
* Provides technical leadership and collaborates with a cross-functional team to deliver a high-quality software solution and serves as a SME for development activities within the AI Foundry

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent work experience
* 7+ years working as a Full Stack Developer on a collaborative team
* Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Typescript, Python
* Proficiency in Next.js and React Framework
* Expertise building and integrating APIs
* Experience with DevOps and GitHub Actions, Azure cloud services and GCP, Cosmos DB and MongoDB.
