Job Summary

As a Franchise Audit Specialist at Uline, you will play a critical role in ensuring consistency across our North American warehouse operations. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse business processes, including receiving, order release, and picking through shipping. You will work closely with warehouse teams to pilot and update process changes, projects, and implementations to enhance our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate franchise procedures and best practices to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain training outlines, documents, and checklists to support process changes.
  • Prepare and review location-specific metrics and trends, including prior audit results.
  • Work with warehouse teams to pilot and update process changes, projects, and implementations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of warehouse business processes, including receiving, order release, and picking through shipping.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel to Uline's North American locations.
