Key Responsibilities:
  1. Requirement Gathering: Engage with FP&A teams to extract and clarify planning requirements.
  2. Solution Development: Analyze and document optimal models, weighing their advantages and disadvantages to finalize solutions.
  3. Outcome Achievement: Aim to deliver results that are in line with the objectives of the FP&A organization.
  4. Implementation Collaboration: Act as the client representative and collaborate with implementation teams, ensuring accountability for the success of the implementations.
Experience:
  1. 15-20 years of expertise in the design, solutioning, and implementation of finance planning systems.
Technical Proficiencies:
  1. Comprehensive experience with multiple implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM.
  2. Familiarity with AnaPlan, IBM Planning Analytics, SAP Analytics, or similar platforms.
  3. Knowledge of Hyperion.
Methodological Expertise:
  1. Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Jira, and Kanban.
Educational Background:
  1. Degree in Finance and/or CPA and/or relevant certification.
Interpersonal Skills:
  1. Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Contract Duration:

This position is initially for 6 months, with the potential for extension based on performance and project needs.
