As a Branch Director, you'll supervise the clinical operations of your team of field staff and report directly to the Agency Administrator. Your expertise in home health care services and problem-solving skills will be invaluable in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise clinical operations and lead a team of field staff
  • Report to the Agency Administrator and contribute to strategic decision-making
  • Develop and implement plans to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with OASIS and Medicare guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where the position is based
  • Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
  • Minimum one year of nursing experience within the last 36 months
  • Medicare home health experience preferred
  • Previous management/supervisory experience preferred
