Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing, and evaluating patient needs, and developing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to other nursing staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in an acute care setting, with telemetry experience preferred
- CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider certification
- RN - Registered Nurse licensure
- NIHSS - National Stroke Assoc NIH Stroke Scale certification within 6 months of hire
