Job Summary:

The Staff Nurse II, ICU/CPU Summit is a registered nurse who provides high-quality patient care in the intensive care unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices in critical care nursing
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of California
  • Minimum one year of ICU experience
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of adult intensive care experience
  • Advanced hemodynamic monitoring experience
  • IABP, CRRT/Cardiovascular open heart recovery experience
