Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Supervisor at Carthage Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and supporting our staff in delivering high-quality services.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to ensure seamless delivery of resident care
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records
  • Provide education and training to staff on best practices and new technologies
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Prescribing programs
  • Basic computer skills
