Patient Access Specialist

We are seeking a talented Patient Access Specialist to join our team at RCO Management INC. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that patients receive timely access to necessary healthcare services, including CCM.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex insurance information in a clear and concise manner.
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Job- Assess patient needs and determine eligibility for CCM through various systems and insurance companies
- Coordinate with providers to schedule appointments and ensure timely access to CCM services
- Communicate with patients and families to explain Connected Care benefits and value, as well as predicted cost sharing
- Work collaboratively with the Connected Care team to ensure smooth operations and improve processes
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. They will also possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
