Job Description

Kimberton Whole Foods Inc is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full-Time Inventory Coordinator to join our team at our Ottsville store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock is properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Receiving and Stocking: Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying quantities and accuracy, and stocking shelves in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that products are in good condition and meet company standards.
  • Vendor Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
