We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Host/Hostess to join our team at Cattle Baron Restaurants. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

• Greeting and Seating: Welcome guests and seat them promptly, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
• Communication: Clearly communicate menu features and specials to guests, providing personalized recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
• Phone and Reservation Management: Answer phone calls, take reservations, and manage waitlists efficiently.
• Table Management: Clear and clean tables quickly, ensuring a seamless transition between courses.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure prompt and accurate service.

• Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move tables and chairs as needed.
• Mental Functions: Maintain attention to detail, multitask, and remain composed under pressure.

• Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with moderate noise levels and varying temperatures.
• Equipment and Tools: Utilize various chemicals, trays, and telephones to perform duties.
